Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Final Sale items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit. Flat rate return shipping £5.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items purchased using a 30% discount code may be returned for store credit only. Final Sale items are not eligible for a return, or store credit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. We only accept returns from the person who bought the item. Gifted items are eligible for store credit only and must meet all previously mentioned return criteria. Please note that we will not be held responsible and will not offer refunds if the Customer ordered the wrong size or colour, or the wrong shipping address.

Refunds for UK

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the delivery fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), gift cards, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Gift cards expire in 1 year and may be combined with any other promotions. If you would like to check how much credit you have left on your card, please reach out to us at info@bunnybanky.com

Gift cards are delivered by email after payment is processed, therefore some delays may occur.
