Returns & Refunds Policy
At BunnyBanky, we take pride in our made-to-order process. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, we encourage you to use our Size Guide or book a Free 15-minute Fit Consultation before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Important: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return
Contact us at request@bunnybanky.com. Once your return is authorised, we will provide specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
UK Returns: A flat-rate return shipping fee of £10 applies.
EU Returns: A flat-rate return shipping fee of £15 applies.
Note: Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
3. Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Full Price Items: Refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Discounted Items: Items purchased using a bundle, voucher, or promotional discount are eligible for Store Credit only.
Gifts: Items received as gifts are eligible for Store Credit only.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you get the right item quickly, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund (or store credit) and placing a new order.
5. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at request@bunnybanky.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note: As our items are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds for orders where the wrong size, color, or shipping address was selected by the customer. Please double-check your selection before finalising your order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Sale items (marked as final sale).
Gift cards (expire 1 year from issue).
Custom or personalized products.
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products) for hygiene reasons.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
In addition to the above, customers shipping to the EU have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item meets the "original condition" criteria listed above. Refunds for EU orders are typically processed within 15 business days of approval.
