This website is owned and operated by BunnyBanky, a UK-based company specializing in upmarket, Made to Order activewear. Throughout this site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BunnyBanky. By using our website and engaging in our “Service” (by browsing, purchasing, or otherwise interacting with our site), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional policies referenced herein.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or use our Services. Your continued use of the site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.


2. ONLINE STORE & PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • Eligibility: By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence.

  • Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be precise. The content on this site is for general information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

  • Pricing & Availability: All product prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products and to discontinue any product at any time.


3. YOUR ACCOUNT & ORDERS

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases. You are responsible for promptly updating your information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you.

  • Made to Order: Our products are made just for you after you place your order. This process may take up to 14 working days before your item is ready to ship.


4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • UK Delivery: We offer a flat rate of £7 for UK orders under £250. Orders over £250 and for BUNNYBANKY Club members receive free shipping.

  • International Delivery: Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. International delivery times vary and are estimates only.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: All international orders may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes upon arrival. These fees are not included in your total and are the customer's responsibility. We advise you to check with your local customs office before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.


5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

6. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED USES

  • Prohibited Activities: You may not use our products or Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are prohibited from using the site to submit false information, transmit malicious code, harass or defame others, or infringe upon intellectual property rights.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BUNNYBANKY LIMITED from any claim or demand made by a third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Mobile Terms of Service

BUNNYBANKY LIMITED

The BunnyBanky mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by BunnyBanky Limited (“BunnyBanky”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to BunnyBanky’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of BunnyBanky through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with BunnyBanky. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to BunnyBanky or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other BunnyBanky mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
