Order Processing
All our products are Made to Order—they are crafted just for you. This means there's a processing period before your item is ready to ship. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-14 working days from the date of your purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery
We offer two options for UK delivery:

Free Shipping: For all BUNNYBANKY Club members and on orders over £250.

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of £7 for all orders under £250.
We aim to deliver within 7-14 working days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your postcode and carrier availability.
International Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide, including Europe, Japan, Singapore, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, and India. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
International Delivery Estimates: We aim to deliver international orders within 10-17 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are subject to courier availability and customs clearance, which may cause delays outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to additional customs, duties, and taxes upon arrival. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to check with your local customs office for any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees before placing your order.

Tracking: All orders are shipped with a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Overdue Orders: Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us. This allows us to investigate your order more effectively.

Important Notes

Delivery Restrictions: For security reasons, our couriers reserve the right not to deliver to certain addresses they deem insecure, such as communal postal addresses or P.O. Boxes. We will notify you as soon as possible if this affects your order.

Out of Stock Items: If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email. If the item becomes available within 28 days, we will ship it to you. If not, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Northern Ireland Deliveries: Deliveries to Northern Ireland are temporarily unavailable while we make adjustments in line with new Government legislation. We hope to resume services soon.

Special Delivery Information: Brazil
WARNING: Brazilian customs and taxes are very high. Your order may be subject to significant import taxes and fees upon arrival. These fees are not included in your order total or our shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Under Brazil’s Simplified Tax Regime, a flat tax of 60% will be applied to the combined value of your order (item cost + shipping). This fee is collected by the courier upon delivery.
Example: On a £99 item with £15 shipping, the customer would have to pay an additional £68.40 in taxes.
We strongly advise that you check with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges.
